Cancellations & Returns

At Tarwi we strive to present you with the best foods. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchases you have the possibility to cancel and return them under certain conditions.

In case you want to cancel or return your goods, you have the following rights:

  • The constitutional rights present in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which account for the right to cancel orders for food products which were bought online in the past 14 working days;
  • To return your order and be refunded for it– if the packages in which the goods are provided have not been opened and/or modified and returned in the same state they arrived.

In case you want to cancel or return your goods, you have the following obligations:

  • To take good care of the products while they are in your possession;
  • To contact us via e-mail to hello@tarwi.co in order to receive instructions on how to proceed;
  • To pay any charges that might occur which fall outside Tarwi’s operations (e.g. charges to carriers and local authorities);
  • To return the products bought at your own costs if you cancel after the parcels have been dispatched.

We accept exchanges of products purchased on special offer, provided they are in perfect condition. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, you will only be charged the difference between the amount paid and the price of the new product. Previous promotions will not apply if the promotional period has already ended.

Refunds can take up to 30 working days to be processed.

If the products you receive do not meet the description given on the website and/or are defective, contact us via e-mail to hello@tarwi.co so we can proceed to the return of the goods and respective replacement.
