Banana Pancakes Bites

🥞Ingredients:
3 bananas (1 banana per person)
65g flour
65g more than Protein: Vanilla
235 ml milk of choice
2 eggs or flaxseed egg
pinch of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
strawberries
honey or maple syrup
🥣Method:
1. In a large bowl, add the flour, protein powder, milk, eggs, cinnamon and baking powder, and mix until well combined.
2. Slice the banana into coins.
3. Dip the banana into the pancake batter until it’s fully coated.
4. Cook both sides on medium heat.
5. Enjoy!
